When MHIRA is installed, it has one user role and one user account pre-intalled.
📄️ User roles
User roles are a way to conventiently bundle a set of permissions. By assinging a user role to a user, this user will obtain all the permissions linked to the role.
📄️ Permissions
Permissions determine what information users can view and edit within the software.
📄️ Departments
Departments in MHIRA work as patient access groups. This is useful in a situation where users with the permission to view patients should only have access to a restricted group of patients.
📄️ Users
Users will need an account to access MHIRA.
📄️ Messages and disclaimers
Messages can be important to inform informants (those filling in questionnaires) and users of MHIRA.
📄️ Patient status
Patient status is a feature that can support the workflow and collaboration.

When creating an assessment, an 'assessment title' needs to be selected.
